Insurance
Our policy on accepting insurance​, flex spending plans, and HSA's

Insurance:

integrative Counseling & Neurofeedback Solutions is a private pay clinic and does not accept insurance. It is sometimes possible, however, to file out of network.  If you are seeing Dr. Novian and you wish to file out of network, then payment in full needs to be made at the time of service and you may send in your invoices with the relevant codes in an effort to get reimbursed.

 

We can not guarantee that your insurance company will reimburse you, and it is your responsibility to handle all paperwork and submit your claims.  If you need our office to contact your insurance company or complete any paperwork, the time we spend will be billed per minute at your regular rate.

Flex Spending Plans

MOST Flex plans will allow you to pay for Dr. Novian's services using your flex spending account.  To make sure your flex plan will allow this, please check with your representative before booking an appointment.  Our national provider information is available if needed.

Health Savings Accounts (HSA's)

If you have a health savings card with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express logo on it then we CAN accept this.  Please make sure sufficient funds are available and keep your receipts to show that you received mental health services.

*Refund policy: We will not sell a package unless we believe the number of sessions is appropriate for the client's best interest.  That being said, if neurofeedback therapy is deemed no longer needed by the therapist, and available sessions remain in the package, there are several options available. First, you may use the sessions for talk therapy or transfer the sessions to a family member.  Second, you may elect to keep the sessions available with us for future use by yourself or a family member.  Third, you may request a refund of remaining sessions. Please allow 10 business days for refunds to be processed.

10 sessions- 10% discount: $1,575.00

20 sessions- 15% discount: $2,975.00
